Healing through vibration and resonance.
Hi, I'm Wyatt. I came to sound the way a lot of people do — quietly, almost by accident. After years of carrying tension I couldn't seem to put down, I lay on the floor of a small room while someone played a single large bowl, and for the first time in a long while my mind went still. I've been chasing that stillness, and learning how to offer it, ever since.
I work primarily with large quartz crystal singing bowls and gongs, along with hand-hammered Himalayan bowls — instruments chosen as much for how they feel as how they sound. My approach is simple and unhurried. There's nothing you need to believe, perform, or get right. My only job is to hold a calm, safe space and let the sound do the rest while you rest.
I'm based in Reno and serve clients across the Reno and Sparks area, in studios, homes, and the occasional quiet outdoor setting. Whether you're curious, depleted, grieving, or simply in need of an hour that belongs entirely to you — you're welcome here.

A sound bath is a meditative experience where you lie back, close your eyes, and let layered tones from singing bowls and gongs wash over you. There's no chanting to follow and nothing to do — you simply receive the sound.
When a crystal bowl or gong is played, it produces rich, overlapping waves of tone that rise, swell, and slowly dissolve. Those sustained vibrations are easy to sink into. As you settle, your breathing tends to slow and deepen on its own, and the body's natural relaxation response has room to take over — the shift from "on alert" to "at rest."
Many people use that calm as a doorway into meditation without having to "try" to meditate. Others come simply to release a week of stress, to sit with a heavy emotion, or to feel a sense of clearing and reset. Everyone's experience is a little different, and all of them are welcome.
Sound baths are a relaxation and wellness practice, not a medical treatment, and they aren't a substitute for care from a healthcare professional.
Sustained tones invite your nervous system to downshift, helping ease the tension of a busy mind and a tired body.
The sound becomes something to rest your attention on, making stillness feel natural instead of forced.
Many leave feeling lighter and more settled — a quiet reset that can carry into the rest of the week.
